Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins

Goodreads Synopsis: Anna is looking forward to her senior year in Atlanta, where she has a great job, a loyal best friend, and a crush on the verge of becoming more. Which is why she is less than thrilled about being shipped off to boarding school in Paris–until she meets Étienne St. Clair. Smart, charming, beautiful, Étienne has it all…including a serious girlfriend.

But in the City of Light, wishes have a way of coming true. Will a year of romantic near-misses end with their long-awaited French kiss?

This is the ultimate love story. I read this in one sitting back in 2011 and was completely obsessed. It gave me a warm fuzzy feeling in my heart. I’m pretty sure I sat there staring off with a grin plastered to my face after I read the last page.

The Harry Potter reference just a few pages in instantly told me I was going to love this book. I felt like I knew Anna and St. Clair and their group of friends. It all felt so real and I loved every single character. There were so many laugh out loud moments, which it’s very rare for a book to make me laugh.

There’s an endless amount of things that happen and it’s a rollercoaster of emotions. This book is SO good. The morning after I finished it I begged my mom to read it and she loved it just as much as I did.

This is seriously the cutest book I’ve ever read. Read it now.
